When chilled, Tokubetsu Honjozo has a refreshingly cool and light flavor. When it is warmed and served as okanzake, the delicious flavor of this sake which was so deeply hidden as to be barely sensed is brought, leading to a rich, full-bodied flavor. When this sake, heated warmer than your lips, first enters your mouth, you can feel it to be gentle and heart-warming as you enjoy its sweet, mellow taste spreading over the inside of your mouth. We want you to enjoy its outstanding flavor when served warm as well as its cool and light flavor when chilled.
