Ginjo Rei has a graceful fragrance and light taste brought out only from our brewery that, as it goes down your throat, gives you a sense of refreshing coolness. The brewers themselves think its light taste is particularly good. So this sake is a light-taste ginjo-shu which they want you to drink without any hesitation, though it is classified as a ginjo.
